| Roissy, 24 July 2006 - It is with great pride and excitement that Quali-audit begins operationas the newest IATA-accredited IOSA Audit Organisation. Quali-audit is an independent and wholly-owned subsidiary of Air France Consulting, with principal offices at the Charles de Gaulle Airport, ideally located near Paris, France. The IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Programme is an internationally recognised and accepted evaluation system designed to assess the operational management and control system of an airline. With a dedicated team of central office staff and 18 auditors from major airlines, Quali-audit is uniquely positioned to provide IOSA audits and related services in both English and French. While only recently accredited by IATA, Quali-audit has one of the most experienced teams in the industry, with a total of more than 500 years of collective experience and each auditor averaging more than 28 years in aviation. Jean-Pierre Delpech, President of Quali-audit, and his entire management team strongly believe that the IOSA Programme will make their vision a reality - “A safer airline industry through continuous improvement of quality in operations.” To achieve this vision, Quali-audit has as its primary mission - “To assist airlines in achieving a higher level of safety through the implementation of the IOSA Programme, conduct of Operational Audits and Quality Training Programs.” Its portfolio of services focus on IOSA as its core business, performing IOSA Audits, Pre-audits and providing assistance to airlines in preparing for IOSA Audits. To support its brand – Safety through Quality, Quali-audit also provides a series of quality oriented training programs. To guide its business operations, the members of the Quali-audit team embrace core values that are vital to its success: -Integrity – A commitment to the consistent and objective application of IOSA Standards and Recommended Practices(ISARPS). -Quality – A commitment to execute business processes to the highest standards to minimize the time and expense to our clients. -Customer Focus – Recognising the significance of IOSA Registration to our clients and remaining sensitive to the importance of being responsive, minimising any intrusion and reducing the potential challenges that this process inherently brings to an airline and its staff. “I am confident that our team of highly experienced auditors, comprised of active and retired airline professionals, will earn a reputation for delivering value to airlines seeking IOSA Registration,” remarked Captain Delpech. “Our team is somewhat unique in the industry in that our auditors, in this field, work exclusively for Quali-audit, giving us the ability to provide consistent delivery of our services at the highest level of quality.” “IATA’s number one priority is Safety. IOSA is one of the key initiatives in IATA’s Safety Program, so we are actively implementing IOSA to all airlines,” said Guenther Mastchnigg, Senior Vice-President of IATA’s Safety, Operations and Infrastructure Division in Montreal. “We are pleased to welcome Quali-audit into the IOSA Program as the newest Audit Organisation.” Media Contact : Jean-Pierre Delpech, President of Quali-audit Mail : jpdelpech@quali-audit.aero Tel : +33 (0)1 41 56 18 74 Fax : +33 (0)1 41 56 18 69 Web site : www.quali-audit.aero |
