An on-site evaluation of all or selected operations that will adequately prepare an airline for an IOSA audit. This gap analysis will be customized to meet the customers’ needs and result in a confidential report that will highlight those areas where non-conformities are identified with a recommended action plan to comply with the IOSA standards.
Modeled on the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) framework, the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) is meant to improve safety and reduce ground damage. ISAGO allows ground service providers to meet safety and quality requirements, and provide a competitive advantage in the market.
Quali-audit provides an on-site gap analysis of all or selected operations that will adequately prepare a Ground Service Provider for an ISAGO audit. This gap analysis will be customized to meet the customers’ needs and result in a confidential report that will highlight areas where non-conformities are identified with a recommended action plan to comply with the ISAGO standards.
Quali-audit can assist airlines in conducting IOSA internal audit of the Quality Assurance Program in order to comply with the IOSA Standard ORG 3.4.6.
ISSA Audit
The IATA Standard Safety Assessment (ISSA) is a voluntary evaluation program, produced at the request of the industry, to extend the benefits of operational safety and efficiency that emanated from the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Program to the operators of smaller aircraft that are not eligible for the IOSA program.
An On-site ISSA assessment performed by two auditors during two days leading the operator through the ISSA registration by IATA.
